By the client’s signature of this document, intends and states a total hold harmless agreement by and between signed client and Ballard Consulting & Safety Products, LLC. / Austin Ballard and his associates are not, cannot and will not be liable for any incidents, accidents, workers compensation claims, OSHA / EPA violations and / or fines.
